The project was a new stand-alone 140,000 square foot ambulatory care facility and medical office building. Healthcare Development Partners was selected as the full-service developer and provided all development activities – design, financing, construction management, and leasing. The building included an outpatient surgery, endoscopy, and imaging center.

The major construction challenges revolved around site work and programming a surgery and imaging center to be accessible by both the hospital and the private physician tenants. PCRMC had recruited new physicians and had no current MOB to house the new doctors. This hospital is the largest medical center in the surrounding area and had outgrown their surgery space.

This facility is critical for the hospital to be able to serve the community. We had 18 months to complete the project – from design, development, and permitting through construction and occupancy.
