This project was a new stand alone 26,000 square foot medical office building. Healthcare Development Partners was selected as the full-service developer and provided all development activities – including financing, construction management, and leasing. Healthcare Development Partners owned the building and Loyola University entered into a master lease for the facility.
The major construction challenges revolved around construction schedule. Loyola had recruited a new primary care group to the hospital and needed this space to locate their new offices. We had fifteen (15) months to complete the project – from design, development, & permitting through construction. This timeframe needed to be met with construction commencing during the winter months.
