This project was a new stand-alone 30,000 square foot urgent care center and medical office building. Healthcare Development Partners was selected as the full-service developer and provided all development activities – including land acquisition, financing, construction management, and leasing. Healthcare Development Partners owned the building and Provena Mercy entered into a lease for half of the facility and the Dreyer Clinic had leased the majority of the remaining space.

The major construction challenges revolved around programming an imaging center and lab to be accessible by both the urgent care center and the private physician tenants. Additionally, Dreyer had recruited a new primary care physician and were out of space in their current location. We had 13 months to complete the project – from design, development, & permitting through construction. This timeframe needed to be met in order to coincide with the newly recruited physician’s start date.
